There is no definitive proof that Cas goes from French Canadian to American Indian in this episode. Neither she nor anyone else states that Cas is American Indian and if the assumption that she has become an American Indian is based on the fact that she owns a dreamcatcher then that assumption is made on shaky grounds, as not everyone who owns a dreamcatcher is Amercan Indian, from a Native tribe or even descended from either of the afroementioned.
